Aileen Anastacio is best known as the chef and president of Goodies N’ Sweets, a bakeshop-café that sells some of the best cakes in town. With her own C’est Si Bon Corp., Aileen does gourmet catering for a maximum of 30 people and consults for cafés and restaurants here and abroad.
